WWW Wednesday

Quick bookish post to get the conversation going on what everybody’s reading! I don’t know who started this weekly meme (and I’m lazy af tonight, sue me, but I’m fine with not knowing this fact atm), though if you do, let me know in the comments so the credit goes to them! Here goes the Ws.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

  • The Name of the Wind, Patrick Rothfuss (this been going on for like a decade, no joke).
  • The Shining, Stephen King (SEVEN DECADES AT LEAST).
  • What if it’s UsBecky & Adam (I should be done by tomorrow because awwwwwwww).
  • Literally 50 other books.whatif

WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH?

I finished All the Crooked Saints, by Maggie Stiefvater, approximately five minutes and a half ago. And even though I liked it, I didn’t expect it would be hardcore Magic Realism, and I’m more of a hardcore Actual Real Magic kinda gal, so I know I’ll love her other series even more.

WHAT WILL YOU READ NEXT?

Oh boy.

Here goes the anxiety attack.

The Problem with Forever, by Jennifer L. Armentrout, maybe? Because a friend of mine lent it to me and I don’t want to take forever before I give it back?

problem with forever

OR A Discovery of Witches?

OR Carve the Mark?

OR Five Feet Apart?

OR the rest of the Lunar Chronicles series?

OR a classic?

OR EVERYTHING IN THE WHOLE WORLD AT THE SAME TIME?

I DON’T KNOW.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HEEEEEEELP!

too much

Bye.

  1. Ahhh I’ve been wanting to read What If It’s Us! It looks so cute! I’m glad to hear you’ve been enjoying it 🙂

Also, I’m currently having the same problem as you with my TBR — there are too many good books to read next, and not enough time! Personally though, I’d advocate for The Lunar Chronicles (although I may be biased, considering that they’re some of my favorite books). I’ve been wishing I could reread them lately, but I don’t think I’ll have the chance to for a while 😦

    1. Thanks for helping me choose! I think I’m going to go with The Lune Chronicles! I hate that I read the two first books and never had the chance to finish the series! The time has come! 😀
Hope you get the chance to read What if it’s Us, it’s really the definition of cuteness!

  2. Aw I wish I could just read What If It’s Us again, can Becky & Adam collab again please and just,,, keep collabing??
I read The Problem With Forever sometime last year and I swear I literally do not remember what it was about, I have the memory of a snail lol.
I want to read Five Feet Apart real bad because I want to watch the movie (solely bc COLE SPROUSE) but I don’t want to read any potential extremely sad book where people die. Sigh. Lemme know if this is one of them when you’re done reading it.

    1. COLE SPROUSE is literally the sole reason why I bought the book in the first place hahaha, but now–alas–my very rare and annoying disease prevents me from watching anything that relates to the movie until I read the book so I gotta read it pronto. I’ll let ya know the level of sad we’re talking about here 😉

(And yes, Becky & Adam, please keep collabing! haha, it’s funny because I read books from both these authors and I can kinda tell which parts are more Becky’s voice (Arthur, am I right?) and which are Adam’s, (totally Ben, yea?).)

  3. I’m too biased on classics so you know my answer 😉

I read the first Gunslinger book from Stephen King last year (I think it’s The Dark Tower? too lazy to look it up lol) and I didn’t like it at all, so it’ll be a struggle if I ever return to King.
