March Wrap-up

It was SO time that winter got the hell out of my life because I’ve been stuck with a cold for half of March and it’s STILL going on, peops. I was exhausted all month so I read very little and wrote even less and omg MARCH SUCKS.

Hello, April, bring me sun and don’t be an asshole, like your brother, thanks.

So here’s what I read in March:

1. The Problem with Forever, Jennifer L. Armentrout

I liked it, but I really thing I’m going to prefer her paranormal books! 😀

2. The Winner’s Kiss, Marie Rutkoski

OMG THIS SERIES IS JUST SO GORGEOUS AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH AND I WANT TO FORGET THE WHOLE THING SO I CAN READ IT AGAIN LIKE THE FIRST TIME BUT THIS TIME IN LIKE THREE DAYS STRAIGHT THAT’D BE WOW AND OMG ARIIIIIIIIN.

Perfect finale.

winner's kiss

3. Maybe Someday, Colleen Hoover

My oh my, what an addictive read. This made me want to learn sign language. Also, I’m live- listening to the soundtrack of this book on repeat because wooooooow.

maybe someday

WHAT I WROTE IN MARCH

  1. Crappy drafts
  2. Weirdly romantic poems (this cold is making me delirious)
  3. More crap
  4. This:

forget long with me

  1. I was just thinking this morning how I am so tired of the cold! I hope April is definitely a warmer month and better month for you! I remember reading Maybe Someday a long time ago when it first came out and thought it was super cute, glad you enjoyed it.

  2. Audrey I’d switch weather situations with you any day because it’s BURNING hot here like I’m sweating 24/7 and the sun hates me, I’m waiting for Monsoon to hit us with the rains but it’s still a few months away so guess I’ll just melt in silence

So I read TPWF back when I was neck deep in my JLA phase (don’t ask) and even tho it was really sweet, I think she does write the paranormal stuff better (altho I’m kind of growing out of that too lol)

EVERY TIME YOU GUSH ABOUT THE WINNER TRILOGY I FEEL SO HAPPY AND PROUD AND ALSO SAME BECAUSE ARIN???? MY LOVE???

Maybe Someday might actually be my favorite CoHo book (but I’ve just read like 5). Esp before things get all serious and sad, it’s so fun. And the ending oh my god.

    1. omg yes please can we switch weather situations somehow??? I HATE THE COLD SO BAD! (Tho, today was a beautiful day I must admit: it was like 6 degrees outside, which meant that I could go out with smaller and cuter boots and not lose a toe!)

THE WINNER TRILOGY AHH I FEEL LIKE I’LL BE FOREVER THANKING YOU FOR THIS OMG!

Damn, 5 CoHo books already. This was only my second of hers haha. But I need more of her stuff because 💛💛💛

  3. Lol, I think I’m just now starting my second cold. Ugh! I hope you feel better soon!

I think my reads for March were just “From the Earth to the Moon”, “The Wind in the Willows”, and still reading “Villette” now.
