Top 10 Turtles All the Way Down Quotes

This month, I read John Green’s new novel, and oh my god I loved it so much. If you’ve read my review about it, you know just how much I’m in love with this book.

So I figured it was worth doing a post of my top 10 favorite quotes in this beautiful novel. Here they are:

Top 10 Fictional Deaths

I heard once that November is the month of the dead, and even tough I’m too lazy to check this fact on the web, I love to spread this “fact” to as may people as I can. So hello, everyone! November is the month of the dead! And for that reason my Top 10 is about Fictional Deaths!

Note 1: These are NOT characters I enjoyed seeing dying, ON THE CONTRARY.

Note 2: SPOILER ALERTS, obviously. (I’m going to do my best not to name who died, except for very popular titles that I assume everybody read.)

Book Discussion: Illuminae

november

My, oh my, I was NOT ready for this.

So there’s an interstellar war, a deadly virus outbreak, a stressful countdown, a control-freak computer messing up everything, and two in-love teenagers trying to find each other back through this whole mess. That’s Illuminae, by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman. Continue reading “Book Discussion: Illuminae”

Book Discussion: Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda

Hello fellow readers!

So…… I’m afraid my reading slump is swallowing me whole. I keep starting books that I don’t finish and I HATE MYSELF for it but my mind is everywhere lately with a couple of writing projects I’m really excited about and I felt like sharing this.

That being said.

I did finish the book of the month (of course I did, what did you think? That I was a coward? NO! I read it in like two days) and I’m really excited to talk about it with you! So let’s start this!

Book Discussion: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

It’s out, and I read it—twice—and I loved it, and want to talk about it and there’s no way I can find a negative point about it because it’s HARRY POTTER and it has a golden cover and it shines and it’s perfect and AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

(Breathing.)

Okay. Continue reading “Book Discussion: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”

Book Discussion: All the Bright Places

Hello fellow readers!

First of all, THIS BOOK

I mean, I could never write a neutral review of this novel; I’m way too in love with Theodore Finch. I don’t even know what to say, honestly, other than quote some of my favorite parts (and let me tell you I put the double amount of Post-its through this novel than those figuring on the cover).

One of the strange things about living in this world is that it is only now and then that one is quite sure one is going to live forever and ever and ever.
